CALL TO JOIN JKT TRAINING ACCORDING TO LAW IN 2022

According to the Tanzanian Law all for six graduates are supposed to join JKT upon graduation for the duration of three months training during which period they are taught various skills of nation building after which they are allowed to pursue higher learning studies.

JKT is an abbriviation which stands for Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa (The Army for Nation Building)

The Arm y for Nation Building (JKT), is inviting young people who graduated from secondary education form six in 2022, from all schools in mainland Tanzania to attend JKT training in accordance with the law.

Reporting Time 03 to 17 June 2022(Tarehe ya kuripoti kambini).

In line with the call, JKT has set up camps for them to go for training and they are required to report to camps from 03 to 17 June 2022

Graduates with visual impairments (Physical disabilities) - (wenye ulemavu wa macho)

Graduates with visual impairments (Physical disabilities) report to the Ruvu JKT camp located in Mlandizi Coast Region which has infrastructure to serve the people of that nature.

JKT urges the youths to report with the following equipment:-

  1. A ‘Dark Blue’ colored bukta with a lastic at the waist (lastic), with one pocket at the back, knee-length, no zipper. 
  2. Green Vest T-shirt
  3. Green or blue sports rubber shoe.
  4. Two light blue bed sheets.
  5. Long black socks.
  6. Cold protection clothing for those assigned to cold regions.
  7. Track suit green or blue
  8. Fares to go to camps and back home
