STUDENT ROLE IN SELFORM SYSTEM

Student (Form Four Graduate) - His main role in The Selform system is to change some personal information like Home Address, Mobile Number, Email Address and options for schools, colleges and its specifications in other sections due to success in its results.

1. HOW TO GET INTO SELFORM SYSTEM

When you are online, open your browser (ie chrome), type The following address selform.tamisemi.go.tz will find a window to fill in your registration information. Click the Lowest Written Menu - For Candidates, Click here to Register as a user for the first time

Then, fill in the relevant Index Number information in the format S0101.0020.2024, Answer the question you will be asked, Family Name and Year of Birth Then a window will open and you will need to fill in the Password that you will use every day. Once you have changed the Password, you will use it to login once again by typing in the username example S0101.0002.2024 and Password you changed.

2. PART A: STUDENT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Once you log in to the system, the window will open and only the surrounding areas will you be able to change personal information.When you are done, click Save and Next below to continue forward.

3. PART B1: STUDENT GENERAL CHOICES

Click on this section to continue changing your options as required.

4. PART B2: ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS

Click to enter this area to continue changing your college selection information area. When you are done click SAVE & NEXT.

5. PART C1: FORM V STUDENT DETAILED CHOICES
