Taasisi ya Sanaa na Utamaduni Bagamoyo
Bagamoyo Arts and Culture Institute (TaSUBa) is a product of the former Bagamoyo College of Arts. The history of Bagamoyo Arts and Culture College began in 1962 when for the first time in the history of Tanganyika the Ministry of Youth and Culture was created. In 1972, it was seen that there was a need to have formal training in Art matters, this led to the establishment of the Bagamoyo College of Arts (BCA). Between the years 2003-2005 Bagamoyo Arts College was registered with the National Council of Technical Education (NACTE), and from then on the teaching curriculum was fully prepared and got NACTE accreditation. At the end of 2005, a decision was made by the former Ministry of Education and Culture that Bagamoyo College of Arts should be transformed into a Government agency under the public sector change plan, therefore the Bagamoyo Institute of Arts and Culture was established on November 2, 2007.
The Bagamoyo Institute of Arts and Culture is a center of excellence in East Africa in providing training in performing arts and crafts where its main responsibilities are to serve the needs of partner countries of the East African community in maintaining, encouraging and developing performing arts and crafts.

HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE

HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE People’s beliefs about their abilities have a profound effect on those abilities. Ability is not a fixed property; there is a huge variability in how you perform. People who have a sense of self-efficacy bounce back from failure; they approach things in terms of how to handle them rather than worrying about what can go wrong. They Don’t Waste Time Feeling Sorry for Themselves Mentally strong people don’t sit around feeling sorry about their circumstances or how others have treated them.
