The Applications to join City College of Health and Allied Science are recieved directly at the institution Mikwambe-Kwa Pinda-Kigamboni-Dar es Salaam. You  may also Join on line using the link City College of Health and Allied Science Online Application  or Download Application form and Joining Instructions form fill the application form and send to admission@ccohas.ac.tz.

ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES

City College of Health and Allied Science (CCOHAS) is full registered to offer Diploma courses under NACTE regulations namely
1. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences
2. Diploma in Clinical Medicine
3. Upgrading Course in Pharmacy

Ordinary Diploma in Phamaceutical Sciences(3Yrs)
Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) Passes in non-religious Subjects including "D" Passes in Chemistry and Biology, a Pass in Basic Mathematics and English Language is an added advantage.
Ordinary Diploma in Clinical Medicine (3Yrs)
Upgrading Course in Pharmacy (1Yr)

Our students will have enough and good exposure to variety of practical skills. We have our Lab which is fully utilized for student practice under supervision and guidance of our qualified lecturers and tutors
